At The Workout Hub Burscough, it’s all about quality over quantity. Our classes are kept small so you’ll never feel lost in a big crowd – just the right balance of energy, guidance, and personal support. The result? With options including Circuit Training, Spin, and Yogalates, there’s something for everyone – whether you want to build strength, boost fitness, or find balance.

Circuit Classes
Our 45minute circuit classes are perfect for all ages, levels, and abilities. Whether you’re new to exercise or looking for a new challenge.
In a friendly, supportive environment, you’ll rotate through a variety of stations using gym machines, free weights, functional kit, and bodyweight exercises for a full-body workout.It’s also a great way to learn how to use our gym machines safely and effectively, with your experienced instructor guiding you every step of the way.Go at your own pace, enjoy a varied and effective session, and leave feeling stronger, fitter, and more confident in the gym.

Spin Classes
Increase your fitness levels with Spin! Spin classes are a popular choice for those looking to enhance their fitness through a fun and engaging group workout. With the combination of music, motivation, and structured workouts, they offer a unique and effective way to improve overall health and fitness. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cyclist, spin classes can provide a challenging and rewarding exercise experience.
Classes are approx 45mins with a capacity of 8 People. 

Yogalates Classes
This is a small group session with a max capacity of 5 and can only be booked by getting in touch. Yogalates is a gentle fusion of yoga and Pilates, combining the best of both practices. It focuses on safe, controlled movements that improve flexibility, build core strength, and enhance posture. Guided by a qualified therapist, the class offers a balanced mix of stretching and strengthening in a calm, supportive environment – perfect for all abilities
