In a friendly, supportive environment, you’ll rotate through a variety of stations using gym machines, free weights, functional kit, and bodyweight exercises for a full-body workout.
It’s also a great way to learn how to use our gym machines safely and effectively, with your experienced instructor guiding you every step of the way.
Want to track your effort in real time? Members can wear a heart rate monitor during the session, with live results displayed throughout the class, adding a fun, motivational edge to your workout.
