Condition of Items

Many of our products are used and may show signs of wear and tear. While we aim to describe each item accurately and provide clear images, please understand that cosmetic condition may vary. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the condition of the item as described.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept any items back once they have been collected or delivered by ourselves. Please ensure you review your order carefully on collection or delivery before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A description of the issue

We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the problem quickly.
