Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

Collection Only

All items are collection only from our location. We do not offer delivery as standard.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the collection address and instructions. Please do not arrive without scheduling a collection time, as we operate by appointment only.

Customer-Arranged Delivery

If you wish to have your item delivered, you may arrange your own courier or third-party delivery service at your own cost and risk.

We will do our best to assist with loading the item, but please ensure your chosen courier is aware of the size and weight of the item(s). We take no responsibility for:

• Any damage caused during transit by third-party couriers

• Missed or failed collections

• Delivery delays outside our control

Collection Times

Collections must be arranged in advance. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to book a collection slot. Please bring proof of purchase when collecting your item.

Storage

We ask that all items be collected within 5 Days of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Uncollected items may incur a storage fee or risk cancellation with no refund, as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.
